Tecatel presents, during eSANIDAD 2010 congress, its revolutionary healthcare technology for bedside terminal

DINTEL organised in Madrid, on the 28th of October, eSanidad 2010 Congress which involved the influencers of the main Spanish Health Organizations.

The efforts made by public and private institutions to achieve efficiency in Sanidad, are more and more significant, as well as the urgent the need of applying higher level of healthcare quality, minimizing errors level and improving medical progress.

New technologies evolve more rapidly than never before and events as eSanidad are necessary to make professionals discover new apps that improve healthcare services.

During the eSanidad 2010 conference program, Tecatel has been invited to present his technological development. Carlos Moro, managing director of the IPTV division, introduced Tecatel MEDIP, a solution that provide professionals with direct bedside access to their patient’s medical records and give patients the possibility to enjoy, during their hospital stay, entertainment and communications multimedia services.  

Tecatel Medip is a technology integrally developed in Spain by Tecatel, which has benefited from the collaboration of IMPIVA, and others technological institutes as the Polytechnic University of Valencia, and it has also been co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER). It is important to highlight that last May, Tecatel has been awarded Revitalizing Company among the Valencian company by the Generalitat Valenciana, the UPV, and other institutions, for its TecatelMedip solution. 

eSANIDAD 2010

Javier Fernández, health advisor at the Madrid Community. has inaugurated the eSANIDAD 2010 organized by Dintel Fundation, a private-state entity, dedicated to the diffusion of the communication and technological information. Its main objective being to create a networking area for Decision Makers of the public and private sector, in the area of the Digital Administration to provide better services to citizens.
